WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS.

Classes begin and end on time, so please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time. The door is locked when class begins. All classes are heated to 86-88 degrees and 40% humidity. For the safety and security of everyone, no one is admitted after class begins. The front door will be locked when class begins. Please also note that we are a cashless business.

Class Descriptions

BURN

BURN classes are a workout for the body, mind, and spirit! Build strength,increase flexibility, and improve concentration in these power yoga inspired classes. Special attention is paid to strengthening the core and improving posture. You will leave class feeling energized and inspired to grow in your practice. (60 minutes)

ENERGIZE

ENERGIZE classes are a powerful moving meditation, with creative flows that will focus your mind, and increase your energy. A good place to start, if you are new to the studio and want a great workout! Poses are sequenced to build strength, increase flexibility, and help you feel your best. Class ends with light stretching and a silent, grounding mediation. (60 minutes)

EXHALE

EXHALE classes are excellent for beginners, and anyone who likes a slower-paced  practice. We begin with an intention, followed by standing and seated yoga postures. After warming up the body, we move into Yin Stretching, breath control and seated meditation. This class is for anyone who wants to learn yogic techniques for concentration, flexibility, and stress management. Each class is unqiue. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes)

FLOW

FLOW classes bring the body back into balance with 50/50 power yoga flow, followed by and yin stretching and extended meditation. This class is excellent for both beginners and advances practitioners. You will leave feeling balanced and at peace. (60 minutes) ​

POWER

POWER classes are a fitness-focused power yoga practice. Drawn from the Ashtanga tradition, these classes bring the body back into balance with strength-building postures, breath work, uplifting music, and a meditation. Expect to leave class feeling stronger and refreshed. Modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes) 

RESTORE

RESTORE classes offer a mindful warmup, followed by longer held stretches and restorative poses the improve the flow of energy through the body. Periods of stillness allow the body, mind and spirit to reconnect, and students leave this class feeling relaxed and at peace. Each class is unique. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes)

MASTER

MASTER  classes are for anyone who wants to  take a closer look at advanced options in their practice. This is our most challenging class, and an opportunity to take your practice to the next level. Studies will include arm balances, inversions, and advanced standing and seated postures. (60 minutes)
