Westside Yoga offers a wide variety of beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga classes throughout the day, every day of the week. We have two beautiful studio rooms, which allows us to offer challenging workout classes, and relaxing restorative classes, simultaneously. No matter what you're in the mood for, no matter what you need, we've got you covered.  All classes are 60 minutes, and no two classes are ever the same. All levels are welcome in every class. Ages 12 and up are also welcome (ask about student discounts!).

How we do anything, is how we do everything.  Our mindful vinyasa classes will help you reduce stress, improve concentration, and be more effective in all that you do. We believe that yoga should make you feel grounded, instead of rushed, and give you sense of control. Come, find your center, and get healthy in mind, body and spirit!

Learn to manage stress, increase muscle, improve flexibility, enhance concentration, and feel happy and free with our unique POWER, MASTER, ENERGIZE and EXHALE classes. We offer 48 classes per week, so you can practice when it's convenient to you. Our instructors will challenge you to learn something new and grow in your practice with every class. Uplifting music, aromatherapy, infrared heat, creative sequencing, and long, mindful holds make our classes unlike any other yoga experience.

Restore your mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga is the practice of uniting the mind, body and spirit. Our RESTORE and FLOW classes offer a variety of breathing, stretching, and meditation techniques, that encourage  moment-to-moment awareness. Our slower-paced classes  combine mindful movement, stretching, meditation and transformative yoga philosophy.These classes are a great place to start if you are new to yoga!

Improve your health with infrared heat.

Our warm, mindful vinyasa under infrared heat is the best yoga experience in Atlanta! Infared heat reduces inflammation and minimizes the risk of injury in yoga. This approach uses light, instead of forced air, to warm our bodies, as well as the space. Our classes feel like practicing outdoors on a sunny day, and leave you feeling rejuvenated in all the best ways.
